Patients with spontaneous Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy (CAA) who presents a set of subacute symptoms, including rapidly progressive cognitive decline, seizure-like episode, and headache besides common manifestations of CAA with appearance of unifocal or multi-focal WMH lesions across the brain.
